2 incompetent staff, they would rather argue and put together any sandwich instead of your order just to be difficult for some reason. Very bad attitudes. I was shocked that when both my orders were finished instead of wrap them up in the paper, the employee walks off out to the back on his phone leaving the sandwiches open for the bugs (which were flying all over the room) to land on. After asking for the sandwich to be closed in the paper the employee had no reply but said there are allot of bugs in the room, MAYBE BECUASE THE DOOR IS WIDE OPEN and the back door, brilliant, straight into where all the food is poorly stored no doubt. Food hygiene is at its lowest in this building, Subway must carry out zero inspections. They must not be interviewing their employees, if they are someone needs talking to. Honestly, worst service, worst hygiene, customer satisfaction at an all time low, how the staff have their jobs is mind blowing, get a monkey, put a shirt on it with a subway badge attached, you'd have yourself quality customer service compared to the experience I had with these pair...

I ordered one sandwich on just eat, after I realised my food was late and the driver had been assigned for at least 20-30 minutes, I called the shop to find out what was going on, I was told it was on its way to me, to which I replied, but my sandwich will be cold, the man on the phone assured me it would be hot. Another 20 minutes later my food showed up ( now over half an hour late) before handing over my money, I checked it, and guess what... stone cold, the bread had gone rock hard as it had been toasted and then obviously left to go cold. If food is going to arrive that late, a call to your customer can save you bad reviews, and don't lie on the phone telling people their food will be hot, I'd have been happier waiting longer if it had been cooked fresh and brought to me...
