The ambiance of your cafe is absolutely delightful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a cup of coffee. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings adds a touch of elegance that enhances the overall experience.

However, what truly sets Verdo Lounge Cafe apart is the remarkable service provided by your staff. The team members were not only attentive and efficient, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. And speaking of impressions, I must mention the cappuccino I had during my visit. It was simply exquisite! The perfectly crafted balance of rich espresso, velvety foam, and delicate artistry in the latte art made each sip a moment of pure pleasure. I’ve been here before but I went again today on request of someone else and I thought I’d give them another try. Regrettably. Firstly upon arrival I requested a table for 3, the restaurant was pretty busy and it was as though they hadn’t had a table for 3 available for us, I looked around and there were plenty of table for 2’s available but parties of twos were sat on table fit for 4-6 people. I said this to the lady and automatically there was an attitude and she was pretty rude. We were seated as a nice couple of two saw my point of view and sat at a table of two instead. Bad business. How can you potentially lose 3 customers because you’ve sat parties of two on bigger tables… doesn’t make sense. Following this my aunty is a vegan and she ordered the Mexican dish and yes, part of the dish is supposed to be cold, obviously because it has salad on there but the parts that were supposed to be warm were not, and my aunty really didn’t enjoy her dish. Ended up running the first one back for a new one and it was still horrible. I ordered the bang bang chicken which was nice but today I have now been on the toilet following this. After making this aware to the same lady that served us upon arrival she had an attitude again, yes, we was refunded for the food that wasn’t eaten but the service here isn’t the best....

There is something wonderful on the cusp of Erdington and The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield; The Verdo Lounge is a place to gather and enjoy fun, excellent quality food in a relaxed and comfortable environment. It shares the same concept as its other siblings including the sublime Loco Lounge in Kings Heath. There are so many details that make this place awesome, it’s difficult to dissect and put them into a sentence or paragraph. What Verdo does do well is cater and care for the masses with its eclectic menu choices. Where else would you see Indian and Spanish tapas food in the same menu? Even though I ordered a simple dish like poached eggs on toast I could see it was carefully prepared. My poached eggs, spinach and sourdough dish was cooked to perfection.
