Why is it so difficult to get a decent bacon sandwich. So let’s try this new cafe, the reviews to this point had been promising. Ordered 1 well done bacon sandwich on white bread and 1 sausage and hash brown on granary to take out, in my head this is not a complicated order. Yes it’s Saturday morning so I expect a little delay, was told 20 mins, not ideal but if the foods amazing it will be worth it. 40 mins later finally get food. Wrapped badly in tin foil. White bread whilst fresh was sliced, granary sliced hovis seeded sensation. Bacon not my idea of well done, sausages were cooked. I appreciate everyone has different tastes but this was nowhere near well done. I appreciate more staff turned up after I’d been waiting 30 minutes but perhaps they should have been there earlier, then it might have been an ok sandwich, but for me I don’t want pre sliced packaged bread. The sandwiches are reasonably priced but my time is valuable, if it had been quality food maybe my review would be better. Parking is limited. My quest continues for a decent bacon sandwich, I will not be back

Thought I would try Winnie’s Cafe as I live local on entering the premises there’s definitely a nice atmosphere and colourful tables and comfy seats approached the members of staff 2 bubbly and polite young ladies who were cooking the meals was guided to the menu board to make my choice went for a full English Breakfast with Toast and a coffee was given a number to take to table sat down didn’t wait too long for my Breakfast to arrive was impressed with the layout and the quality for what I paid cooked to perfection so thank you to the staff and would definitely recommend a visit.

Enjoyed my small vegetarian breakfast šŸ˜‹ and great price of just Ā£4. My one personal preference which I've mentioned to member of staff was the Mushrooms šŸ„ which were small button ones, I would prefer a larger type and after speaking to James, he said if I message him day before he would get me some in. 5 star for decent sized Mushrooms. Nice clean cafe with friendly staff. A big thankyou for being open on Bank Holiday Monday when most cafe's are closed šŸ™Œ

We were totally ignored when we walked in (and were the only people there) We waited 30 mins for food which normally wouldn’t be an issue but when they are prioritising producing heaps of food to take photos for their social media pages and leaving customers sat waiting is really poor form. They don’t do small portions for kids (unless they want a sarnie) though they did make a begrudging exception. However, ordered eggs beans and bacon came with heaps of beans and 1 rasher of bacon which felt a bit tight. The bacon we had was lovely and thick, the sausages were supposed to be lashfords but weren’t very nice and the hash browns, understand they’re fried, but the oil didn’t taste nice. No glasses for juice and had to ask twice, had to swop cutlery twice as it was dirty. We were gutted as we love Griedys, they’re amazing and we eat there heaps but we’re so disappointed with this place. We didn’t address any of the above whilst there as we were not acknowledged once and service was so unfriendly there just didn’t seem any point. Sadly won’t go back nor could...

Had the absolute pleasure of stumbling across this great Cafe this morning. Food was absolutely fantastic.I ordered two Irish breakfasts and it did not disappoint. All the food was fresh and very tasty cooked to perfection. We did not have to wait long for our order to arrive at the table.Staff very friendly and observant to any requests. The cafe itself is spotless very clean every attention to detail was taken care off.you can see they have put their heart and soul into this cafe. There is parking at the front if these spots are taken there is ample parking outside you will find somewhere to park.Winnies Cafe is well worth a visit you will not be disappointed.Reasonable prices for quality food. This is my new Cafe I will go to.Thank you Winnies Cafe we shall return...
