I had been thinking of learning reiki for many years and I was aware of the importance of having the right teacher/mentor. I have never felt drawn to any courses or teachers until now. I came across Moon and Mars Michelle’s page on instagram and instantly felt a connection. I message Michelle and requested to be put on the waiting list for the next date. It was the best decision I have made, as soon as I arrived I knew I had made the right choice. I met some wonderful people and Michelle is one of the most friendly , honest and down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The course was just the right pace and Michelle is a fab teacher. We were given a bag with booklets and information. The style and design are gorgeous and there is an attention to detail just like the course. I cannot wait to complete my Reiki 2. I highly recommend Moon and Mars. Michelle makes you feel at home and so relaxed, her energy is very healing ❤️

Update I have completed my Reiki 2 with Michelle since I originally posted this review. What a fabulous two days spent with such beautiful souls. Michelle as always made us feel welcome and at ease. The booklet we were given is fab and really easy to understand. We received a goody bag with some beautiful crystals. Michelle has been so supportive in my journey and I could not ask for a better Reiki master, she is always there to answer any questions and quick to respond. Thank you so much for opening my eyes and changing my life. I already feel more awake. I came to reiki one amd two with very limited understanding of what I was going to learn. Michelle is sincerely authentic and true to herself and her past and puts in to perspective how reiki can help all aspects of life. Michelle explains clearly and adds real life examples to her teachings which makes it easier to understand. Michelle took time with each of us demonstrating and explaining the "why's" and the "how's" and happy to go over more than once if it was needed. Michelle also took the time to have us feedback to ensure everything was clearly understood. Michelle was also true to her teaching and was "honest in her work" by stating on one occasion that she didn't know the answer but knew how to find out. This made me feel I was learning well and safely with a person practicing humility. The overall experience was made as a group. In a safe space we discussed what brought us to reiki and not all the answers were pretty - we all had a past - I felt I belonged. When practicing the reiki I felt a spiritual intimacy with people I had only met that morning and that is a feeling that'll never leave me, and motivates me to continue. The women I met that day we all beautiful, light kind souls - my reiki sisters. As I move on to reiki 3 I look forward to sharing that feeling with others. Magic not Tragic membership!…. I have been a member for a number of months now and a live event with Michelle last week has prompted me to post this review. It is difficult to put into words how incredibly special the Lionsgate Portal event was. Michelle is THE most incredible at holding space! There were a number of us on the live and she made this experience wholly relevant and powerful for each and every one of us present. The points that she made for me were absolutely spot on and I don't know how she would have known what I needed - but she did! This event as a one-off was nothing short of spectacular! However, Michelle makes this kind of experience readily available to those in her Magic not Tragic membership and I cannot recommend it highly enough for the inclusive community space that Michelle has created and the depth of her knowledge and intuitive insight, all of which she shares, along with the love she has for those present at her events.
