Appalling customer service. This is 2nd time I've have eaten inside and unfortunately today i was with family and the man there today was extremely rude to us.

Our orders were placed between 9:30-9:45 by my sister who was already there and we arrived at 10. Their food arrived 1st around 10 then ours staggered around 20- 30mins after. He came over with an attitude around 11:30 clearing our table and told us to leave that we had been there over 2hours when my cousin was still waiting for another tea to arrive that she ordered after and then we would've left anyway. I addressed his attitude saying we hadn't been there 2 hours + and there is a manner in which to speak to people this isn't it and i didn't appreciate his attitude. That our group arrived after and we definitely hadn't been there 2hr+. He then said you should've arrived together yet our orders were placed together and arrived separately 🤦🏻‍♀️. Smh My cousin said he continued to insult us as we were leaving to other customers which is out of order. Shops have busy periods that doesn't give people the right to literally kick customers out and make us look like we overstayed our welcome which wasn't the case. If he asked us politely it wouldn't have been an issue we would've wrapped up quickly but he decided to make a scene and insult us. DISGUSTING...

Very nice restaurant but food and service not really up to standard.

I had lamb palak. the meat was overcooked seemed like it was reheated in the microwave the paratha was very thick and hard not easy to tear. The portion of the dish is very small comparing to other surroundings place.

Had to ask staff for cutlery and glass which they got to the table with no delay because our food already arrived The Staff not asking how was the food or asking for more drinks, i asked one of staff to put on the heating because i was really cold on that side of the restaurant, which was the back table but after 30min no one put anything on so I just told them to change my table . appsolutly no customer service at all also was hearing female shouting or fighting in the kitchen I think your restaurant has good potential but need to train staff

Overall experience 2 out of 10 but my brother enjoyed his food.

For £11.00 lamb palak and paratha it's not cheap I expected better.

I recently visited Yaadgar on Coventry Road for breakfast, and I was blown away by the level of service I received. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always make me feel right at home. I ordered my usual breakfast, and it was cooked to perfection. The eggs were perfectly fried, the toast was crispy and buttery, and the fish fingers was cooked just the way I like it. The desi chai was also delicious, and it was the perfect way to start my day. The food at Yaadgar is always fresh and delicious, and they use only the best ingredients to create their dishes. The atmosphere at Yaadgar is also wonderful, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that makes you feel like you're part of the family. The staff are always happy to chat and make recommendations, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend Yaadgar to anyone in need of a delicious breakfast or dessert.I will definitely be returning for all of my future...
