Having visited this restaurant a few times now, I have made some observations which are as followed:
Affordability.
Out of any shop within this area (Coventry), this shop is perhaps the most affordable, and for this reason I will return to it when I need a cheap takeaway to satisfy my urges.
Quality.
The quality of the fries are lacking, and often times, the fries will come out smothered in oil, I've noticed this as a repeat issue which I have experienced on at least 20 visits.
Service.
The speed of service is average to poor, with the staff often times talking among themselves in the back of the restaurant or even serving other customers before yourself, even if you order first.
Staff .
The morning member of staff (there is one I believe), is very quick, sharp and on point with excellent service and the food he pushes out is very good.
The evening/night staff (of which there are multiple) often look tired, they seem slow in thought, and likely due to deliveries and having to deal with lunch rush hours they don't seem to take the same pride in their work.
Presentation.
The presentation of the food is severely lacking, often times the food is thrown into a brown paper back, dripping of oil (the fries) and hot sauce.
The smell is exquisite and the chicken is delicious.
Interior seating.
The interior seating is lackluster due to the deflated seats, leaving a hard surface to sit on, although I imagine this is intentional to prevent school kids or young teens from staying in the restaurant for too long and causing havoc/a mess.
There is a TV within the restaurant which I like, and often times has entertaining content on, on top of this, apart from this, the overall atmosphere is very nice, especially early morning or late night.
Location. It is situated near the small heath Asda, just within the Coventry area.
Apparently it's near a school, although I have not seen a school or any school kids thus far, which makes sense as I actively avoid them.
Things I dislike: Speed of service (average time about 15-20min), oily fries, poor comfort in seating.
Things I like: Price of food, good atmosphere, nice tv, satisfying food.
Apart from the staff being slow, it's a pretty good takeaway with unmatched affordability in the area and a must try if you're looking for a local chippy.
Fix the oily fries and seating and my rating will...

I am revising this review 2 years on.
I left a review before that heighlighted the only two issues I encountered with the brick and mortar store and the fries, both issues have since been dealt with.
What does this tell me? They listen to customers and act on feed back.
Broaster has since revamped their store interior, it is now gorgeous, their fries are crisp and firm, with a good snap, simply delicious.
The seating options are not only comfortable but plentiful now.
The affordability of the food is unmatched within the immediate area, they have an £8 deal in which you recieve 2 pieces of chicken, 2 fries, 2 drinks AND a pizza.
The atmosphere is friendly and safe, and very welcoming.
This store is an absolute merit to the community it has helped in building.
For multiple reasons, customer service, brand identity, affordability and the location in which this is done, I can only afford broaster 5 stars, definitely worth visiting if...

We asked for plates, but they didn't have any, We then ask for disposable cups to pour drinks into no cups. The guy behind counter wanted us to use sauce containers for cups. As we said give us 4 cans of pop, the disposable cups then appear.
Positive side they did make us fresh...
