Sami’s Spice — Restaurant in Birmingham

Today went for breakfast with my husband and ordered to full English breakfasts and when I tell u the food was the biggest disappointment iv had in a very long time. Something as simple as English breakfast is not that hard to mess up, the toast was hard and unbuttered. When asked for butter they said it dosent come with the meal. The hash browns were undercooked as well as the sausage tasting cheap. Let me not even get started on how sad the French toast looked and tasted. The cappuccino looked like something I would get from Amazon warehouse and that is not a compliment I tell u that. The staff even didn’t bother to ask how the food or service was. We had a full English breakfast at Sami's Spice. The interior of the restaurant was nice but it took around 30 minutes to be served. The first thing I noticed was that the egg wasn't the runny type of egg that you would usually get with an English breakfast. The egg was cold and tasteless. The only taste you could get was of the yolk and that was only slight. The sausage was alright (as well as the hash brown) but the strip of turkey bacon wasn't crispy and was too chewy. The beans were cold and tasted disgusting. Even when paired with the toast it tasted terrible. The toast just was like ordinary bread with butter. The atmosphere was quiet and somehow grim.
