Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Blaby

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, unfortunately let down by a filthy toilet. First latte I asked for was ‘fine’, second one had a huge head of foam, so asked for it to be redone, which they did with no fuss. Had the driest almond croissants I’ve ever tasted. For some reason with a takeaway small decaf latte they put in two shots, but only one in a drink in. When I’m drinking in I normally ask to have the second shot as they just waste the shot (they use a coffee bag) Here they charged me for an extra shot! and it’s still weak. This has to be the fastest Costa coffee drive thru that is in the UK. Pulled up to the speaker, someone asked me my order within 10 seconds. Moved forward to window first drink was read then less then 1min was the next coffee. Was served by a lady who I complemented on speed of service. Drinks hot. I visit this Costa quite often and have never had any cause to complain. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food displays are well set out and tables cleared quickly. I have seen complaints about the toilet, but other than checking it after every customer, I'm not sure what they can do about it.
