Absolutely dire returns experience. I picked up a click and collect order from the store, but realised I bought the wrong product. The website says you can return the order to the shop with your digital receipt, so I went back to return it. The employee said they wouldn't process the return to the shop as the shop doesn't stock the product, and they'd have to put it on sale for 70% off, making a loss. The website says nothing about making sure the shop you return to stocks the product you're trying to return - this also shouldn't really be the customer's problem. They then spent a good 20 minutes on the phone to customer service trying to find a solution. They were eventually told to take the package and leave it for the warehouse to pick-up. At any other shop this would take a couple of minutes to accept the package and give me a receipt. I have nothing to prove I've dropped off the package. Avoid returning packages here...
