Don't like to leave negative reviews, but sometimes it's important to say something to help the business become better. First of all, food is good for fusion bowls and street food style dining, location is great for family's, friends etc. Love the food court it's a major upgrade from previous options. Fattoush decor and atmosphere is refreshing, modern and well considere space wise. Still recommend a visit despite the experience I received from the cashier taking orders.

Issue at hand, visited between the hours of 1pm and 2pm on 30/04/2022. Half my order was canceled for some odd reason. Thought is was a mistake I made due to language misunderstanding possibly, so in consideration I placed another order repectfully. 20min later after realizing everyone else is getting their order, I went to ask about my order, yet again only to find out it was not even placed being fully payed with receipt and buzzer in hand. Luckily the kitchen services team was quick to respond and offered the same order that was waiting as they were aware this is the second time I came up and had nothing on order. Meanwhile the rest of my part finished their meal. Thank you to the guy serving the food. Lots of respect for the kitchen team and chef for their valiant efforts, I also had a chance to speak to the chef and he was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding food allergies. But as for the businesses front hosting services, they failed hospitality wise. I can also say their attitude did contribution to the experience and it wasn't pleasant. The gentleman helping the cashier did not help the situation and made me feel very uncomfortable to the point other guest noticed the poor treatment I was recieving leaving me a bit embarrassed about this situation which seems intentional looking back now. Very unprofessional and unapologetic about it all as i don't even get a sorry or a generic excuse to alleviate the awkwardness. Anyways I will spare the theatrical otherwise this review will run on for pages. But hopefully no one else will...

I have been here a number of times for lunch, and lately have had bad experience after bad experience. Previous time I came, my boa bun wasn’t even cooked it was solid and I nearly broke a tooth, staff was helpful and replaced it, however the second one the filling was undercooked and there for unable to be eaten. I gave up and haven’t return for months, came in today to give them a final chance and will certainly not return again! Ordered two meal deals (wraps, chips and drink” and when I came to collect my order there was only one portion of chips? I reminded the staff I had ordered two meal deals to which I got a rather lazy and unbothered reply. Apparently one of the drinks id chosen wasn’t included in this meal deal (nobody had told me this when ordering” so he had just put all the items on separately which was more expensive?! Staff was very rude even prior to me complaining. They didn’t offer any help or alternative, just said that’s what they had done. Also I asked for no onions on my wrap and surprise there was onions inside! Plus the falafel was burned, I didn’t eat it. The food was bland and unappealing, you can tell it’s just rushed and banged together. Also I went to the toilet after and this made me feel physically sick!! The toilets are revolting, there’s dirt and dust all over the sides and floor, toilet roll tubes thrown all over the floor, dirty sink and the toilet was disgusting! If I had saw the toilet before eating I’d of gotten up and left! However when you take a close look, the whole restaurant is unclean and messy. Very poorly run and very rude staff. Will certainly never...

After a long, tiring day of shopping at Fosse Park on Boxing Day, we decided to stop by Fattoush for some Lebanese food. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but wow, they totally blew me away! The food was delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. You know what they say—your eyes eat before your mouth, and this place nailed it.

We ordered wraps, bao buns, kids’ meals, and some drinks, and everything was spot on. The portions were generous too, which was a nice surprise. I also loved their Vita soft drinks—it’s not something you come across often, and it was so refreshing! My kids really enjoyed their juices as well. If you’re planning to visit, I’d definitely recommend trying their red meat options—they’re absolutely fabulous.

Now, about the service—it was okay, but not great. The staff didn’t really go out of their way to recommend anything or make us feel particularly welcome. They were just there to take orders and seemed busy in their own world, which I guess makes sense since it was Boxing Day, and they were probably exhausted.

That said, the ambience was amazing. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The hygiene was top-notch, too, which is always a big plus for me. I even took a few pictures because I just couldn’t resist!

If you’re a fan of Lebanese food or just want to try something different, I’d definitely recommend Fattoush. They’ve got that traditional Lebanese taste that’s hard to find, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The food is delicious, the portions are great, and the experience is worth it. Go check it out—you won’t be...

Another new place in Fosse Park, it looks lovely, clean and fresh. Service was ok, there was no menu until we had to ask, staff behind til was lovely, polite and friendly, but not really able to explain dishes for us, we were not familiar with Lebanese food, so we just picked the rice bowl and a wrap to give it a go. The place is clean, minimal deco which is good for an eating place, has indoor and outside seatings. Food was ok, the wrap was abit hard, filling was barely warm, not sure if it’s the correct temperature to serve?? The rice bowl tasted quite nice. Price was reasonable at where we were, we spent about £20 for food and drinks for 2 of us. I really don’t like the self serve cutlery area, it’s easy for staff but it’s so not hygienic, I wasn’t use how many hands did touch the spoons and forks we used, I had to use hand sanitizer to clean them before using them. Recycling station is ok but not clearly explain what goes to which bin, as all bowls and plates are dirty with food and sauces, ok to recycle before cleaning them?? As it’s in Fosse Park, plenty free parking with disabled parking spaces, easy for everyone to get to.
