Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Glenfield — Restaurant in Blaby

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Glenfield Domino's. I called to order a small lunchtime special. The person taking the order seemed confused, and when I arrived, I was presented with a large pizza instead of the small one I requested. When I pointed this out, the employee insisted that she had confirmed with me that it was a large. I had to ask her to look at the menu again, and only then did she find the small lunchtime special. Despite their mistake, they were unwilling to offer a refund, claiming they don't do them. This is unacceptable customer service. The pizza I was given was not what I ordered, and I was forced to pay for their error. On Friday 10th June I picked up a Domino's takeaway to bring back to my hotel room and unfortunately mid way through eating my order I realised something wasn't right. After 45 minutes having stopped eating any more I spent the next 8 hours being sick with zero sleep that night with food poisoning from this meal. I was supposed to travelling back to Norwich on the Saturday early morning (11th) and only felt well enough to travel back yesterday (13th June). Not had a dominoes for years. Decided to open an account and order online. .7 miles away so could have collected but decided to get it delivered. Pizzas sat in " checking its to our standards" part of the timeline for a very long time and then get delviered.... cold. Wife called and they said they will send a code to my email for a discount.
