Hi all, if you want your food cold and 30 minutes late after you have ordered it, please order from them. Also, if you want the driver delivering your food to URINATE at your neighbour's front and when confronted denied it, when having seen that person urinating and shaking his ... then when you call the restaurant, deny all knowledge of that person delivering your food when you can give a good description of the car, driver and what he was wearing and registration number and still they deny the driver and car and give a totally different car and registration number that was sent to you. Well, please get delivers from them. GOOD LUCK and HOPE THE DRIVER DOES NOT URINATE AT YOUR NEIGHBOURS FRONT. Also when confronted, the driver said that the car that was parked in front of our drive what not his and went round the corner, where apparently, his car was, but fiveish minutes later came back to get in the car outside our house and drive off and there are witnesses to him getting in the car and driving off. It's disgusting and the restaurant denied all knowledge of the car, driver etc. My neighbours, where he urinated are front line workers and as my husband is epileptic came out to see if my husband was okay as they heard me shouting and thought i needed help. Sadly - have to update this review 🙄 Ordered 1st Oct. Arrived to pick up.....food wasn't ready for another 25 minutes. That in itself is rather irritating: feels like they haven't started cooking until I sat down to pick up 🙄

During that time, another customer came back to ask for a missing dish. I asked the waiter to check ours was all there, as I had to drive home & didn't fancy driving back.....& despite them confirming it was all there, when we got home, it was missing a £4.50 saag aloo. FFS - how hard is it to check the order is all in the bag?

Very pi$$ed off at this: called back, promised the refund would be made - a day later, it hasn't. Next stop perhaps Mastercard, which is a ludicrous thing to have to do for a takeaway, but if they are too rude to sort things out, & you have paid over £50, it is clearly time to take action 🤷‍♂️

WATCH YOUR ORDERS - it starts to feel like maybe Sameeha make their money by not filling large orders 🤷‍♂️

Had our 1st takeaway from this restaurant tonight as our usual was busy. Ordered through the website at 7.50 pm and was delivered at 9.50pm. No communication whatsoever from restaurant to confirm the order or advise us of any delay, at any point. Not even an apology from delivery driver. We ordered a chicken Rogan, a lamb tikka vindaloo and a chicken korma. Also a garlic and a peshwari nan. The nans were undercooked and doughy and all of the main dishes above were totally without taste or spice. So much so my 9 year old tried the vindaloo and asked if it was supposed to be spicy and he will not touch anything in the least bit spicy!
