I had my first training session with Yas today, and it was nothing short of amazing. We began with skipping, dynamic stretches, and tuning into our bodies — all while Yas guided us with an incredible focus on breathwork and organic movement. Her approach is not about rigid routines, but about listening to your body and moving in ways that feel natural and empowering.

Yas brings a wealth of knowledge in exercise, nutrition, and overall movement. She’s like a living nexus of years of training experience and holistic wisdom. We did circuit training with massive tyres, rows, hanging work from her awesome handmade calisthenics gym (can’t wait for the classes to launch!), rows, and weighted ball throwing — all challenging and motivating in the best way.

I honestly could have stayed all day. But reality called, and I had to head home!

Whilst on a family walk we seen this little place and thought we'd stop in, we're very glad we did! The area is beautiful lots of places to sit in and enjoy your food and drinks. The milkshakes and cakes are amazing the milkshakes are ice cold which was great for a hot day like today, I had the brownie and its so soft and gooey the way I love them to be my partner had a coconut and jam slab and it was gone before I could take a photo 😂 we will definitely be coming back here again when on our travels. Such a peaceful spot. Even when it's busy you can find a quiet spot. Dog friendly but there's also a dog free area. Wonderful market garden project alongside. Always birdsong to listen to and birds on the feeders. Good tea and coffee at a very good price. Lovely cakes too as well as crisps, milkshakes, ice cream and cold drinks. Lovely people there who remember what you like to order and really care about and know the customers. Can't recommend...
