Burger King — Restaurant in Bletchley and Fenny Stratford

Let me start off by saying the food was absolutely lovely. It was tasty, hot, obviously cooked to order and quite delicious. If I was judging the food it would be 5 without question. However the service was quite dreadful and it let's Burger King down every time. I could barely hear the guy on the drive thru and when I gave him my order he just grunted and then said 'anything else'. No please, no thank you and he sounded like he really didn't want to be there. He told me to go to the next window. Which I did and I waited. Now apparently i should have gone to the second window, however the first window said pay and the second window was open and at the second window a man appeared at regular intervals with equipment (I assume he was taking something apart). Whilst I waited another car over took me and went to the collect window where he shouted at the guy there who then produced food for him and he left. This man then beckoned me. He didn't tell me how much it was or check my order and shoved the card machine at me. I paid and he dissappeared again. No explanation as what was happening, no apology for the delay. Finally he returned with drink and food and said 'sauces'. I assumed this was an enquiry as to whether I required sauces with my meal...

Although the Web site shows that they have the whole range of vegan options at this location, there was absolutely no mention of them on the posters, the video menus over the counter, or anywhere else. I finally saw a computer-printed list of items and prices taped to the wall left of the counter, and found two of the items listed there, but nowhere were there any pictures, descriptions, options, etc. given. We asked the young woman at the counter if they had the two items listed, and she said yes, so that's what we ordered. I have a feeling we could have ordered any of the plant-based items shown on the BK Web site, but she didn't elaborate that they did, so there it was. Food was good. Place was clean and tidy. I asked why they didn't show the plant-based options anywhere, and she said simply that they used to be on the video menus, but since the last "update" they'd been gone. She offered to get the manager for me, but I assumed he'd just tell me the same thing. ...

Worst BK I have ever visited. Firstly, parking and general layout of this establishment not clever. Easily forgiven, as building works going on. Staff looked scruffy for starters, bad sign.

The windows have got streaks in all of the glass.as if wiped with a dirty rag. Again, one can overlook this, maybe a trainee wiped them. More importantly, I am familiar with Burger King so looked forward to the special unique flavour

Well this was the final straw on the camels back. I don't know how anyone can wreck a simple chicken royale. And fries. Basically, everything was cooked in dirty oil, I forgot to mention the smell in the restaurant of burnt cooking oil.

All of the food was over cooked and horrible tasting. Fries were full of oil and burnt.

So in summary avoid and go find a McDonald's....
