Chicken Village (Bletchley Chicken Shop,Nagah Kebab,Shatkora Donner,Bengali,Hala Fast Food,Curry) — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Wow I didn't think this happened in England I just went to place an order after in the past the food was terrible, so I thought let's see if they have taken my negative feedback on board and I was told they can't serve me. I'm not sure if they fellt It's a kind of punishment, or the food is as a bad as ever, either way with so many chicken shops who deliver I'll try and cope with the loss.

Just noticed my original negative feedback has vanished so allow me to explain why telling the truth got me banned, and let's see how long It stays up for this time.

There doner meat is frozen that they stack in plastic boxes in the freezer and reheat on there grill instead of just cutting it fresh to serve you as a kebab. There manager said he cooks 150 pieces of fried chicken at a time, then in the same breath tried to tell me the chicken is fresh even though KFC that is actually busy would struggle to sell that much. Plus the fried chicken had a curry taste on the skin, now I like curry but not on my fried chicken either that or they prepare the chicken near there currys. As for there BBQ wings which are really there hot wings which again they cook in there hundreds earlier in the day and then leave to dry out, then they pour BBQ sauce over the top of them and stick them in the microwave until they are to hot to...

I have been buying food from here for the last 7 months, 4-5 times per week with an average spend of 10-20£ per time. I have had really good food from them until I got scammed today by someone who called himself the Manager: "I am the manager here" he said. I called about my usual order Chicken tikka massala, the meal with diet coke. He took my order in the rudest way ever, he actually yelled in the phone: "why don't you answer quickly" 😅 I went there, and I waited 10 minutes for my food to be prepared, and when I wanted to pay, he said: "13 pound"

The price of the meal is 11.9£, so I asked why 13? And he said, well I told you on the phone "it's the main dish" main dish is 13£!!

I tried the main dish for you guys, it's the exact same thing as the meal, but without the drink.

What's even worse is that, he refused to acknowledge that he's wrong and he started his monologue of " I am the manager here, I know what I am doing bla bla bla"

Well you lost one customer and around 25 people from his company who used to come to your place based on my recommendation.

The food and customer service have gone down hill over the past few months. My family and i were regular customers but had to stop eating here due 1) The food was turning up either cold, soggy or so overcooked that it was as dry as the sahara, 2) The packaging that the food was sent out in was so soggy that it fell apart when we tried to get the food out of the bag even though the delivery address was only 400 yards from their premises, 3) The delivery taking just over an hour to travel 400 yards despite detailed instructions about the address, and 4) The delivery driver being exceptionally rude saying that "We dont know our own address" and "In future dont waste his time" and when complained to about his comments he became quite agressive!
