The Courtyard Bistro — Restaurant in Bolsover

I was visiting Bolsover for the day and fancied something to eat and came across this cosy little cafe tucked away in a courtyard near Morrisons. There was lovely outdoor seating but, it being one of the hottest days of the year, I chose to sit indoors.

Well, what a treat! The omelette I ordered was the fluffiest, most unctuous, and delicious one I've ever eaten. The lady who served me was so friendly and the atmosphere was just what I needed: peaceful and cosy, with some magazines to tuck into while waiting for my food.

Lovely little courtyard bistro, discovered as we walked through from the car park towards the castle.

Decided to pop in for a coffee and some lunch.

Lovely coffee, great service.

We chose a tuna sandwich and salad which was really tasty and a chicken wrap with chips.

Both enjoyed our meals and it's a lovely...

Nice place, clean and comfortable, there's a little area to sit outside in the court yard which was nice. When we ordered a sandwich though, that was litterally all we received no crisps or any salad on the side, which was a shame. But I have eaten here before and the cooked food...
