Chicken Bites — Restaurant in Bolton

I ordered two chicken pizzas and one vegetarian pizza, but received three pizzas with chicken and just a few chillies—hardly a vegetarian option. When I called to raise the issue, I was told they had a call recording and that I would need to come into the shop to listen to it. As the location is far from me, I asked if the recording could be sent instead, but was told that wasn’t possible.

There was no attempt to correct their mistake. I offered to send a picture of what was received, but that didn’t help either. Shockingly, during the call, the worker threatened to go to the police simply because I was trying to explain the issue. After that, they called back multiple times, which I consider harassment.

Additionally, the staff member refused to speak with me and insisted on speaking only to my dad, who doesn’t speak English. He then told my dad that I needed to learn manners—highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

To top it all off, we didn’t receive any sauces, and the pizza was dry and bland. Would absolutely not recommend this place—there are much better options nearby like Ala Pizzas or Chickling. Rude staff, poor service, and...

Their manager communication skills — Excellent. Their behaviour and how they treat to costumer's, salute!. Chicken Bites is just around the corner from my place, and honestly, it’s become a favorite of mine. I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times they’ve nailed it. Their burgers are a standout—not just because they’re tasty but because the fillet size is way bigger than what you’d usually get from other takeaways.

What I really like is how much food you get for the price. They throw in a ton of fries for just a little extra, so it’s easy to make a proper meal without spending too much. Plus, everything is always fresh, and you can really taste the quality in their food.

The only slight downside is that they don’t take card payments, which can be a bit inconvenient. But they do accept bank transfers and cash, so it’s manageable.

Overall I have given a 3 star. The service I cannot fault. Ordered 20 mins before for pickup and it was ready. Its relatively new been open less than a year so I don't usually go to a new place in the first couple of weeks always better to let the rush die down but I let it go longer for this place lol. Small place but has all the options you would expect in a fast food chicken place. The atmosphere was good for a small place but given a 4 star due to its location with no parking unless you can grab a spot 20 yards past the shop. The food I would say was a little overcooked and lacked taste...
