Avoid. Shocking customer service, do not know how to communicate like humans.

After ordering on Uber Eats with the buy 1 get 1 free offer which clearly states chips and drink included, I was missing a chips and a drink.

I called the store to hope they could rectify this but instead had the bloke shouting down at me to state they aren’t included, specifically saying “did I put the offer online or did you?”

Began to swear at me in his own language, tell me to work to afford a separate chips and a drink.
