Happy Kitchen — Restaurant in Bolton

12th February 2021 - Ordered with Just Eat 2 hours before food was required. Spent over £40 and gave the specific time the food was needed. So after 2 hours notice I expected that the food would be delivered on time. It wasn't. 45 mins after delivery time I rang them. The person I spoke to was rude and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Told me it would be 30 to 45 mins more. I cancelled the order but it was too late to order elsewhere and by then we were so cross, we had lost our appetites. The food may be good - it was my first order so I can't comment, but before you order ask yourself if you are taking a huge risk. If they did it with me they will be doing it with others, AND IT MAY BE YOU!!! My recommendation go to someone you can trust - the risk isnt worth it and you could end up like us - NO FOOD...

The food is great but unfortunately will not be ordering from them again due to the appalling behaviour from the delivery driver. All because I kept him waiting a few minutes outside (45 mins before the delivery time i wasn't aware he had arrived) He was incredibly rude over the phone and should find a new job is he's that miserable and talks to customers that way. Most rudest and arrogant delivery driver I have every experienced. Wrong person to be representing this business and interacting with customers!!!...

Not been to this take away for a good while, But the food was certainly as good as I remember. We ordered online using the take aways own website. However, I was surprised to learn that the menu prices were substantially more expensive than the menu in the takeaway whilst collecting our food. I don't necessarily mind paying a bit more but to ask for a service charge on top of already inflated prices is a bit naughty in my opinion especially on their own website. Anyway thanks for a nice meal and compliments...
