KFC Farnworth - Albert Road — Restaurant in Bolton

Since the opening of the restaurant, around at least once per month, I go there and always order the same food. However, it is not the first time when parts of the food are missing from my order. I usually check it there to make sure everythin's in (due to a lot of same experience), but sometimes, I do put my trust in them, and they never disappoints me in having missing food. Tonight, although, I repeat it multiple times to the young man serving me, to make sure that everything's in, and despite that he assured me that is fine, I arrived home without the chicken popcorn. Usually the food is way better than other KFC restaurants around Bolton, but tonight was a bit strange, like it wasn't cooked enough. Moreover, the mayo garlic dip was spoiled, despite being in the validity time (probably because they don't keep it in the fridge). I did had a lot of this kind of experiences with them, but tomorrow I'll go there and confront the situation. I payed £51 for the order, so I do expect...

Absolutely rubbish service! Ordered today by Uber eats and once again my order what arrived was not what I ordered! This is not the first time it has happened either! Sometimes there is items missing or items in the order which I’ve not even ordered! Considering they are an established and well known restaurant with loads of them round the country it is simply not good enough! It got to the point today where I literally had to phone the restaurant to complain and even then the person I spoke to was not very helpful indeed to the point where they said there is nothing they can do which is right as they can’t even simply follow orders on a receipt! This was the most disgusting fillet burger I've ever had. The skin on the burger was floppy and tasted like the cooking oil hadn't been changed in weeks. The ONLY good thing I can say was the fact that the burger wasn't cold. I normally say that its ok when asked how was it but today this was the worst burger I've EVER had. Truely disgusting. I've been to KFC at Preston docklands at that wasn't much better. I don't think ill be returning as it appears that KFC doesn't think much of their standards anymore. I've heard that popeyes is going to be the next big thing so I'll give that a try instead. PLEASE better your standards KFC .... you used to be good....but for now...
