I have driven past this place quite often over the past months and wondered what was underway. I was able to attend their grand opening yesterday and was really impressed! The staff were very accommodating and polite, the cabin itself is very visually appealing and I really liked the setup! Typically as I am coeliac I am met with a stern face when I venture out to new places but I was pleasantly surprised that the staff were very accommodating, spent time to give me my options and made sure to thoroughly cleanse the work stations to prevent any cross contamination. I opted for the Kashmiri pink tea and tried one of their milkshake. in simple terms, I ordered another 2 cups of tea. The milkshake was decent, as I travel across the country for work I have had the opportunity to try a lot of dessert parlours and I can say that this was comparable with my favourites, I did mention that the ratio between ice cream and chocolate wasn't proportionate (a lot more ice cream than chocolate) but the staff happily made me another to fit my preference which I really appreciated! My milkshake did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, but I was met with an apology and an explanation which I appreciated and was understanding that there were some teaching issues (something a lot of new independent businesses encounter) but they were really open and responsive to feedback and actively looking to improve, therefore I am sure these will be rectified quite quickly! Love the concept, definitely will be back again! Thanks for a genuinely...
Read moreDisappointed about the car park very limited n difficult to parking as there's lot non customers vans there which should be leave but no n lot cars keep coming in n stuck to leave. If it happen again then best to drive off leave it not worth to stuck n wait for selfish driver block my way out.
The foods were nice but shame they didn't call out when it's ready. They said 10 mins but we can't hear any name for 20 mins n get off the car n was told its ready n forget to call out name.
The foods are great especially desi chai n other as many desserts shops like Cube, Haute Dolci and other don't have desi chai.
The waffle is cold when we get home because obviously they don't call asap it's ready but the waffle was soft n enjoyable no rubbery hard chewy that I won't name which desserts shop that was very hard n rubbery unsuitable for take away. But m happy with today 10 min drive home n impressive it's soft fluffy but shame about melt icecream.
The cheesecake was lovely but overpriced obviously same for other desserts so cant really complaint as other desserts are bit higher n expensive as this one is reasonable as no dine in.
Hopefully next time car park is available n easy then I will pop in otherwise remove these vans to make it for customers car park only not business...
Read moreI’ve tried this place a good few times and it’s hit and miss. The tea I personally prefer more of the karak chai flavour which has abit more of elasi taste, this doesn’t it’s more home made desi milky tea flavour and if that’s to your liking then you’ll enjoy it. My other family members were not a big fan of the tea.
Secondly, I usually come for the milkshakes as they’re nice and thick and you can really taste the chocolate. Unfortunately the last time I went the milkshake had an off taste to it and I know what that taste is, it occurred when the ice cream machine hasn’t been cleaned properly. I think staff need to be on top of cleaning the ice cream machine because it has this weird slightly off milk/tangy taste to both the milkshake we got. Me and my brother were quite disappointed and couldn’t have the milkshake, threw it away in the end. We’ve worked in the food industry and use to make milkshakes so we know when something is off with a milkshake. Please take this as positive critism to improve because generally speaking the milkshakes are good, unfortunately our last...
