I recently had the pleasure of visiting Baba Darbar, a newly opened Afghani restaurant on derby street, Bolton, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality was warm and genuine, adding a personal touch to the visit. I ordered the Chappali Kebab, and although it took a bit of time to arrive, I was informed it was being prepared fresh from scratch – and it was absolutely worth the wait. The kebab was bursting with authentic flavour and cooked to perfection, showcasing the traditional Afghani culinary style.
The restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There was even a beautifully set up traditional Afghani seating area ideal for families, adding a cultural charm to the overall dining experience.
I highly recommend Baba Darbar to anyone who appreciates genuine Afghan food. It’s clear the team is passionate about their craft, and I’m looking forward to returning soon to try more...
