Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Bolton

Ordered 2 meals Asked for some mayo as the bottles that were out were empty, the lady said they didn't have any more until I mentioned they were in fact empty then she went and got a new one The poached eggs were under cooked, we mentioned this to the lady who blamed the cooking equipment and said even if she did some more it would happen again with poached eggs so all she could do was leave them on for a while longer. Looking at all the reviews it seem the same complaint cold food should either change the working of it or just close the cafe down . We went in last wk order sausage toastie was told told no cheers to go on top and when they did arrive cold I went back and told them they half my money back I was totally discussed with them I went up to customer service told them I was not happy with the way I wad treated and the gave £5 back on a card so now I have to go into Tesco to spend it .
