Been to the shop on various occasions. My wife specifically enjoys the jacket potatoes from here which I also order now and again. The potatoes are usually of a good quality and service is satisfactory. However, my most recent time of visiting, the staff initially refused to return the correct change as they accused me of giving a £1 coin instead of a £2. It’s only when my wife arrived to complain about this that they agreed to provide the correct change. Even after agreeing to this, the staff member threw the coin in an aggressive manner, hence the reason for the two star review I have processed. Very friendly staff, the food and coffee was always the best, i used to come every morning i had uni, i ordered my regular, caramel latte and cheese and tomato toastie yum, i dont visit as often as it is very cold season and the way the market door has been designed means it will be freezing cold as someone always walks past the door and it opens up.
