Well what can I say. Since you lot increase the tax every year and support and queries are non existence I can just say that when enquiring about something for instance the council tax you lot seem not bothered ok it say response in 14 working days. But instead after 30 days including weekends so how come if payment gets cleared less than 12 hours but enquiries a long and I mean a long time what's the delay. Guess if I slapped money on the table then enquire then I guess it will be priority. All I can say is hope that answers...

Called in first thing this morning, and a lady on the security team was brilliant! Unfortunately I don't know her name. I have a condition that means I need water to drink, often. Usually have it with me, didn't realise it'd take so long. Whilst I was on the phone, for ages, she asked the courtesy question "Is everything okay?" Because I couldn't leave the phone I told her I needed water. Not only did she get water, she brought me a chair too. How nice of her....

Very friendly staff when registering my sons birth excellent efficiency given current situation. Did however initially have to rearrange app as felt intimidated as guys outside who appeared to be on drugs and walking towards us .
