Greenhalghs Craft Bakery — Restaurant in Bolton

I ordered they gave me a date i paid delivery charge they are in bolton im in colne they sent it by royal mail it as ended up in gatwick yes gatwick i phoned them up.all i got was you agreed to our terms and conditions nothing we can do untill after 7pm you.will probably.get them tomorrow told pies have a 5 day use by date so they sent them yesterday lost today a probably tomorrow so my order as lost 3 days of the 5day shelf life told if i refuse them i wont be given a refund so i have lost most of the goods my purchase price and my delivery money and this company were not intrested would not recommend this company to.anyone cant.comment on the produce as i have not recieved them can now say the products are ok but just ok the potatoe and meat pie were too peppery for me.the pork pies ended up in the bin very dry and sawdusty didnt like at all the beef pies were very good and the puddings i have not tried yet but are very small.i will not be using this company again . The staff in this store are so rude! They look at you and talk to you like they’ve just scraped you off their shoe. I’ve just been in to order a sandwich for my little girl so I ordered a tuna on white, my little girl was then asking me to look at something else, when I turned back to the counter the assistant was glaring at me like I’d left her hanging for 5 minutes when in fact it had been a second or two then said “you want anything else on this or not”.. and when I just asked for cucumber she responded “that’s it?” With such venom. Terrible Customer service, who ever was working on Tuesday 5th December at 09:40 with the grey hair was extremely rude, with her monotone voice saying things like "that sign right in front of you" very patronising person, needs to re-evaluate her life choices. On the morning of my father in-laws funeral I really didn't appreciate the attitude. She is everything that is wrong with this world at the minute.
