Curry King — Local services in Bolton

Ordered off Bolton eats we have had curries from here before and they were beautiful but we went down kebab and burger road thinking if curries are nice and big then kebabs and burger would be good to and wow how wrong were we my son had a chicken burger it was basically a chicken nugget on a bun each burger meal had 10 yes both exactly 10 chips with it 14" garlic with cheese was two NAAN with cheese slapped in the middle and freezing cold wife kebab 4 pieces of Donner meat and 12 slices again yes slices of chicken tikka iv seen waffer thin ham thicker also stone cold wife like salad on the side we got onion and tomato that's salad I had chicken biryani no flavour cold and extremely dry they sent me a sauce I can assume was for the biryani but a raw potato and tasted like dish water I contacted the restaurant they said that's there portion size and of I'm unhappy take it up with Bolton eats then hung up on me. Also got free yes free poppadoms now we all know they make that crunchy sound and we know what happens went you leave them over night and it goes you end up with that soggy poppadoms now imagine that but after 4 days these were weekends batch and they gave them out CURRY KINGZ more like CURRY STINGE .... My son who is not a big eater was still hungry as we just got back from jollies had to do beans on toast only saving grace was my daughter cheese burger was...

I ordered and was terribly unsatisfied at every stage, I called multiple times to rectify, only to be hung up on and even attended the “restaurant” the day after; in person, to complain but there was no resolution to be had.

The staff are rude to the point of obnoxious and after looking around the kitchen itself… on my visit to complain I’m glad we didn’t eat the cold, incomplete, late order. There was acknowledgement of the failings, very inadequate attempts at apology and yet still a refusal to refund.

I have never written a poor review before but I feel that this will help people to avoid this place in future. It should not be allowed to operate on websites such as Just Eat (who clearly do not screen these places) or in my community, it’s a stain on the good businesses that we have ordered from in the past and I have new questions about how on earth hygiene inspectors come to their conclusion.

I should have also checked the latest RECENT reviews because in the last few days all have had the same experience but the average remains height due to previous ratings! …...

Ordered food waited over a hour for it to be delivered kids where excited to receive there food for one of there meals to be missing the chips where cold and soggy the tandoori chicken was dry naan bread also soggy I rang for the missing meal to which they said they would deliver my child's missing tea who is hungry for them to ring back asking could I go collect as it would be quicker I go on to say that I couldn't collect as I don't drive he said he would have it to me as soon as possible the price is way overpriced!
