Disgustingly spoken by the workers very bad customer service.. i asked 100 times to speak to a manager beacuse i wanted to put a complaint about a worker for disgusting behaviour put got given excuses he was not there well why is he not there? if a customer has a problem they should bring the manger if asked to speak to them.. stereotyping is a very big thing you can't stereotype anyone... My sister called in 15 may 2017 in the evening and was treated really bad she placed an order and the guy asked her name she gave her name and he said its a man she tried to explain it was her due to operation on her neck her voice had gone deep so she explained but the guy on the phone carried on saying "no no no you are a guy" thats called stereotyping how can you tell someone they are a male if a customer is saying no they are female even if it was a male but they choose to have female name are you going to argue??? So i went in today wanting to speak to a manager but they did not allow me lied to me saying manager was not there well if hes not there call him and tell him there is a customer who would like to put in a complaint The guy behinde the counter said "oh the guy who took your order has finished shift and gone" that was a lie because the night shift had just started he said he is a little mad not all there mentaly...!!! well your telling me you have mad people working in a takeaway preparing food for customers well if they are mentley disturbed or have issues then they should not be preparing food for customers or taking orders over the phone.. I want an explanation for my concerns above that i have notied other wise i will be taking further action... I will not stand for stereotyping i doubt other customers will not stand for...

I don't know what's happened to this takeaway recently but its gone down hill...the attitude of the people who work there (apart from the delivery driver) stinks...phoned to place an order and all he was saying was go on go on go on then he said go on hurry up we are busy...if your busy don't answer the phone...you obviously cant work under pressure ...the worst part of this situation is we always use the same takeaway so there for see our self's as regulars ...even the driver stated on the phone (last time we ordered) the guy who takes the orders has no manners and don't know what he's doing GET HIM SACKED he's destroying your business ..also last time we ordered waited an hour and 30 mins because the guy who took the phone order...

VERY VERY UNHYGIENIC!!!! please dont eat here for your own health benefits the workers grabbed the salad with the bare hands which just before i seen him with his finger in his nose. Their was clearly a spachalar with the salad which he used his hands with mud in his nails they dealt all the food with their hands without gloves or washing. several times i had to tell them to not touch the food with their hands also they way they handled food was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic also picking a burger of the floor and the employe was going to serve it to another customer until i seen him and complained and warned the customer that his burger had been dropped on the floor and they was goig to give it him to eat absolutely...
