Mash's Wing Ranch Express — Restaurant in Bolton

Absolutely appalled at the decline in customer service. We have been regular customers at the takeaway and not previously had any issues. However, ordered over the last two days and there has been an issue each time, yesterday I let it slide when my chicken arrived without the skin and the breast singed but today the customer service led me to leave a review. I ordered a half bird combo and wing combo, the chips are inedible due to the amount of salt but what has really made me angry was that when we rang the store to say the flat bread from the half bird combo was missing, the person on the other end of the phone spoke as if he was accusing us of lying about a flatbread. I would like to state that why on earth would anyone have to lie about a missing flatbread, the cost in comparison to the meal must be about 50 pence! Sat here waiting for replacement chips and the missing flatbread whilst chicken has gone cold. I base my 5 stars on 3 factors:

1. The Chicken - I was always a fan of nandos, but this place makes nandos look like a 12 year old choir boy. The chicken here is off the hook, cooked perfectly everytime and the taste is consistently nothing short of heavenly for those of you who appreciate spice and flavour.

2. The Staff - They are great. Every time I have been (which has literally been a hundred times) they have been more than accommodating and the order has always been complete (I hate getting home and finding some fries missing). Great bunch of guys!

3. The Price - I still find it hard to believe the quality you get for the price. The half bird meal is the best bang for your buck! So for £10 pounds me and my fiancée get a meal each and still struggle to finish. Also perfect if you have guests, I recommend their chicken tenders or wings for such an occasion!
