Went for lunch today. And totally unacceptable. One of our party ordered the Festive Yorkshire pudding wrap. The food was cold, we asked them to replace it, within 2 minutes they produced the same wrap that they attempted to microwave, the outside was warm but yet again the food was cold. So we asked them for a different meal. I and three others of our party ordered the festive PANNINI, what we actually got was a BAGUETTE. When I mentioned this to a member of staff I was told "They are what we use" Why advertise as a Pannini when they don't even use them?????? All three of us could hardly eat the baguette, hence why we ordered the Pannini which is a softer bread. The prices for most things have almost doubled too. It was always a nice meal there until the new owners took over!!!!!!!!!!! Safe to say we will NOT be return to...

Got the impression the waitress was ready to clock off for the afternoon as she left 5 minutes after we'd ordered- got the feeling she wasn't really listening. Got coke instead of diet. My husbands side order of chips were forgotten and his chicken on flatbread was more burnt to a crisp than chargrilled. The remaining waitress took his plate, replaced some chicken onto the now cold and soggy flatbread and added the chips that should've been on the side. Also the icecream fridge wasn't working as it should so my sons ice-cream tub was a soupy mess before he'd finished. Won't be rushing back when there's other options in...

Victoria's was recommended to us by a friend. We have been there three times now, for lunch. The place is spotless, has a lovely warming atmosphere backed up by helpful and friendly staff. The food has been really good on each occasion. The menu you is really comprehensive and caters for most tastes. I would recommend that is you want a eat at lunch time you should book as it is very popular. Barnoldswick is a small town and this is cafe the is Very busy from 11am onwards.
