What an Absolutely disgusting experience even worser due to a manager called ELEANOR can only assume as to why she acted the way she did. Waited 20mins for my food after it had gone to collect and disappeared off the screen (seems like a very regular occurance at this brance) many customers after me came and went , After enquiring about my order to a so called manager ginger hair IMMATURE little girl called ELEANOR who has no communication skills and lacks every other skill possible to be a manger (no idea how she got a manger role can only assume must be a shortage of workers or she wasn't hired due to her merits and that definitely shows) told me I had to keep waiting ??? After telling her I had waited 20 mins and customers had come and gone after me she replied like a robot without any emotions or facial expressions whatsoever( however in fairness it could of been due to the layers of makeup glued to her skin like a leach stuck to its prey refusing to budge) that I had to keep waiting in a very rude manner. I finally got my food I checked the time stamp to see how long it had been ready which showed 18.00 about 30 mins ago, after pointing this out to the so called manager ELEANOR who showed via her demina and attitude she was displaying that she didn't really want to be there and was not bothered which isnt professional at all ( if you dont want to be there and it shows clear as daylight through your behaviour, attitude and actions then why not find another job instead of belittling peope enjoy life, live a little and allow someone else who is qualified and willing to do so instead) she was not at all concerned about how long the food was ready or if it was cold but more concerned about me zipping my bag properly even though i had done so but was not to her liking very petty and immature behaviour. She didn't seem that concered about all the others before myself that didn't even bother hence i feel she was discriminating against myself( can only assume cause I enquired about my food which was probably something she hadn't encountered previously and never knew how to deal with the situation). To the extent that she followeded me out the shop in a very IMMATURE , aggressive and confrontational manner and kept chasing me like a bully in a playground which just escalated the situation even more, again clearly showing no relevant experience in life to hold such a post cause actions like this just add fuel to the fire no idea what outcome she was looking for for but my procative behaviour all over not zipping up a bag to HER satisfactory standards shocking. Honestly think the owners of this franchise need to train their staff to treat all their customers equally regardless of who they are as it seems to be an ongoing issue in this particular branch, where employees seem to think they can treat a select few of their customers as they wish absolutely disgusting to...
Read moreMacdonald's. No atmosphere. Pictured play area is closed since COVID. I placed my drive thru order at the microphone and by the time I'd made It round to the pay window. They added everyone else's order on to mine. I paid for my coffee and cheeseburger and when I got to the collection window, there was a new guy doing his best whilst being barked at by some sergeant major supervisor. I was handed my brew and sent to the next window by the trainee on the instructions of miss trunchbull. Half an hour later somebody opened the window and a lady asked why I was waiting there. I said I just wanted my cheeseburger. She ran off and after a while the trainee from before was sent like a lamb to the slaughter To see me. He presented me with the saddest, coldest, least appetising cheeseburger you've ever seen, not even in a bag, just thrust at me. By this time the coffee id bought to go with the limp anaemic burger was stone cold too. I got in touch with customer services after going round in circles with the AI help-bot for must of a day and a helpful service agent offered me two complimentary meals. I was sent "two " vouchers by email. When I came to redeem my vouchers, only one of them was valid. If you have a problem with Macdonald's complain. Inundate then with complaints, complain until they give you the keys to the safe. It's the only way...
Read moreAppalling customer service experience from manager. Went through Drive-Thru, smallish order, parked up. opened up food, noticed large banana milkshake ordered was actually a medium vanilla. It was also very watery and not cold. Nipped in to counter with it for an exchange, only to be questioned for receipt with a glare by the staff member. Received the new one, with no hint of apology or acknowledgement of error. Walked back to car only to find same error again, returned to restaurant again to find who i assume is the manager (may be wrong) stood at the door like a bouncer. Having informed her of the issue, proceeded to again demand the receipt and lecture me about my 'opportunities' to check my order in the drive-thru, forgetting the second exchange was at the counter. The two times to get my order correct in the first place lost on her. Then advising it it maybe the banana syrup machines fault and she would check it, all the while having me standing outside on the restaurant doorstep. Again no hint of acknowledge of error, just another bolshy, combative customer's fault.
