Disgusting and Unsanitary Experience at This KFC—Never Coming Back!

I’m absolutely appalled by my recent visit to this KFC location, and I feel compelled to share this terrible experience to warn other customers.

My group and I ordered over 40 pounds’ worth of fried chicken, looking forward to a casual meal. But our appetite vanished instantly when we bit into a fried chicken wing—it still had chicken feathers on it! The sight was so gross that everyone at the table felt sick to our stomachs, and none of us could touch the rest of the food afterward.

We immediately brought this unsanitary issue to the staff’s attention, hoping for a reasonable solution. However, the response was beyond disappointing. The staff only offered to replace that one contaminated chicken piece and flatly refused our request for a refund. This is completely unacceptable—we paid for a safe, clean meal, not food with unhygienic leftovers, and we couldn’t eat anything we ordered!

A basic standard for any restaurant, especially a well-known chain like KFC, is to ensure food safety and hygiene. This location has failed miserably in that regard. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customers’ health and experience is shocking.

Save your money and your appetite—stay far away from this KFC. I will never step foot here again, and I urge others to...

I am a regular customer to KFC but I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC (THROPE PARK) When I received my order, I found that the chicken wings were raw and not cooked properly. When I complained to one of the staff member named (GOPINATH) very sarcastically he replied that he has been working in the KFC from the past 4 years and , the staff and manager were unhelpful. They even gave me the uncooked wings back as if it was a normal occurrence. Moreover, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive of my complaint. I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I strongly advise against eating at this KFC location due to their poor food quality and disrespectful customer service." My main concern is customer service. Even if they cannot provide refund or food, we as a customer at-least expect the staff for a proper explanation.instead we received a sarcastic reply from him. We ordered around 100£ order as we were a group of 7 , even my family was unhappy with the food and service. Being a team lead or manager he was unable to fulfil his duties. Anyways not gonna visit again and ask my friends to stay away from...

One of the worst KFCs I have ever been to , and I will also be making a complaint to them for what I witnessed. First of all food - ridiculously more expensive than any other KFC, can't use the app to order from this location so cant use any offers etc you may have saved. Chips were pitiful and chicken some of the skin was falling off it and stuck to the bag that it was in. We ordered 2 x filter box meals and 3 pieces if chicken. Oh and all luke warm at best. Service - the bloke serving was actually half decent and froendly so thats about as good as it got for me, friendly service! Last but by no means least, our order was wrong. The wife's drink had ice which she asked for without, and my burger had mayo in that I asked for without. The bloke serving took my burger to sort out one without mayo and this is what shocked me..... while the other side getting my plain burger, he put the burger I gave him back with all the other burgers for customers!!!! I could have done anything to that burger and now some poor customer has paid over a tenner...
