Pizza Hut Staines High St — Restaurant in Borough of Spelthorne

Unbelievably bad. Can not even order a pizza online as apparently they don't deliver to my postcode...This cant be because its too far away because Google maps has it is a 9 minute journey. In fact I have done the journey and it is less than that.

Not only that I tried to call and just got held on the phone 5 minutes without talking to anyone just waiting for a pick up. I then called the restaurant which is in the same street and asked how I could get a pizza as I called the delivery and they wont answer (thinking they may have a means of contacting that I don't) They simply said that's not us....we do not deliver pizza's. I asked to speak to someone else about how I could speak to the delivery branch and I got the same answer. No wonder they wont deliver as the grease ball scum driver is probably about as thick as the worker and the manager in the restaurant and will take 35 minutes to...

Ordered for a delivery time 1 hour in advance (gives them plenty of time as they promise a 30 minute delivery). Pizza goes out for delivery 15 minutes after requested delivery time (So 1 hour 15 after ordering). Then 90 minutes after that still no pizza. They insisted it is a few minutes away and did when we called them multiple times throughout the 90 minutes it was "out for delivery" even after 90 minutes they still said it is a few minutes away. They then kick up a fuss when we say to cancel the delivery as it is more than 2 hours 30 after we ordered the pizza and it will be freezing when it arrives and we want our money back....

Given a 35-45 minute wait time after an hour I rang the hut who explained that there was nothing they could do and I should ring customer service. This is not the first time my order from staines has gone beyond its predicted delivery time so I took the manager up on this. Customer service also did little to help a further 30 minutes past and I tried ringing the hut again to which I could not get through after multiple attempts. After 1 hour and 50 minutes my food turned up needless to say it was cold and I did not accept it. Appalling service as per usual from the staines branch...
