I ordered on the app last Tuesday turned up to collect on my 30 minute lunch break for them to tell me they was having technical difficulties so I asked to help refund on the door they didn't really no so as I only had 30 minutes I had to go elsewhere eventhough i had spent money at burger king to not get food I then looked for a contact number nothing emailed nothing, so today I thought as I haven't had a refund I would ring check I could go in and just get the food for me and a friend they said he would usually say yes but there grill has broken so it's chicken only so I said no worries phone call ended, so we decided to go down there anyway as my work colleague was paying we placed our order and it said it had been declined on the card reader but on the natwest app it had been taken also the card number on the receipt was a different number to his card so they was asking for him to pay again so at this point I said don't do it as how hard its been to get a refund the shift manager was really rude we was nothing but fair 2 times in 1 week they had messed up and it felt like because we was actually saying something not aggressively just telling him this is the 2nd time this week there was money problems and now we are nearly 50 pound down with no food absolutely unacceptable will not...
Read moreFood was borderline inedible, and arrived not hot, not cold, but strangely not warm either. None of our dips were included: 5 were meant to be there, 3 that were as part of the sharing boxes and two that were paid additionally for. Had the dips been included, maybe those chips would have actually been eaten instead of wasted. The chips had absolutely no flavour; they slid out of the packaging as a lukewarm clump of soggy yet oddly dry potato and felt as though we were chewing on tissue paper, above all it seemed that someone forgot to season them. The burger felt like biting into a block of uncooked ground beef which had less flavour than the bun it was in. Extra cheese was paid for, but there was one slice at the top of the burger that had slipped out and stuck to the packaging. The bacon was a lump that was gone in one bite. The nuggets were fine but not quite what you'd expect; they surprisingly had some flavour, but were chewy and needed drinking down.
To conclude, not worth the amount that was paid for it, the food we didn't eat was wasted and ended up in the bin and unfortunately the food we did eat ended up violently projected into the toilet bowl from both ends. I belive the burger genuinely gave me...
Read moreQueenborough, This burger king is shocking! Firstly a manager slagging off there staff to customers! I have heard it's management is so bad! Sounds like they put pressure on there staff to be quick but ... Too quick and there will be hygiene issues! Also my partner was in agony these last couple of days with his belly and throwing up with what we are believing to be FOOD POISIONING from there CHICKEN burger! As he didn't eat anything appart from cerial that day (which was exactly the same as me) He said it is nothing else! it came on after eating that burger... Which I'm pregnant and if I'd got this burger? Or a child? Someone who is unable to stomach this!!! It's descusting! I've spoken to a couple of people in the mean time who say this not surprising to them there chicken is dodgy! I did not know this!
