Disgusting customer service. Used the app to order while at the table. Half a dozen members of staff wandering around as they were empty. Although tables were clean the floor was scattered with crumbs and remnants of food. In 30 minutes not once we're we asked if we needed help. Although I take responsibility for not understanding the app, it wasn't until I enquired how long my order would be was it noted if placed it at another store. When I rechecked the app their store wasn't even on the list. I was appalled the manager didn't even want to talk to me as I was told he said I'd have to ring the other store myself to get a refund. When I insisted I speak with him he repeated is need to call them and they're was nothing I could do. Then another manager appeared defending staff not approaching me because "sometimes people come in and just sit, they don't like staff asking if they need help". Apparently people come in to use their WiFi and not order... shoddy excuses and attitude rather than try to help the customer. Dispicable customer service being told I needed to fix the issue myself. Explained if I walked out I was unlikely to be able to verify the issue and get a refund without their assistance. I asked them to call. In the end they did give me my order because they couldn't find a number to call the other store - strange how I found it in my first search on Google. I'm told to dispute the charge and get a refund. Told them I wouldn't as if got my order in the end. The ones out of pocket was them.

Took my little one today after a lovely day out to end the day with a treat. Really shouldn't have bothered. We walked in to wait while 3 staff ignored us - busy making delivery orders then when I asked if they had menus I was told it could be found via a QR code as they don't have menus available. I finally got this to load after going outside to get a signal. When it was loaded the menu was condensed which I appreciate is the norm at the moment, but with that, to have a lot of it unavailable is a huge disappointment. There wasn't much of a choice of toppings on the waffles if you aren't a fan of chocolate so to find something on the reduced menu you'd like to then be told they don't have it, to pick something else and to be told they don't have that was frustrating enough, but then you ask for a Coca-Cola to be told they have none f those either was ridiculous. Then on the reduced menu it says to ask staff for a kids menu, so when asked I was told there was no kids menu it would just be a smaller portion of the adult menu, however there was no cost difference?!?! So, we ended up with a nutty banoffee waffle, a plain waffle with 3 scoops of ice cream, a can of Dr Pepper and an Orange fruit shoot, with a side of poor service and a bill of just under £24! This was our first and last visit...

Let's just say we will never order from here again. Two hours waiting for delivery however never arrived. Numerous calls to the store went unanswered when trying to chase it up. Drove to the store and was told theh tried to deliver it but got no reply, strange when we were in all night and no one came, they didnt even call when they clearly went to the wrong address. No apology, refused to refund the cost of delivery and handed over a bag of cold food with ice cream that was simply liquid in a plastic tub. The place was a mess with spilt pancake mixture etc all over the sides and floor and to see staff handling the food with no gloves on is appalling given the current pandemic and guidelines they should be...
