Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

I have been wanting to leave a review for quite some time but unfortunately I don’t have a google account so I am having to use my boyfriends to leave this review. This Starbucks is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever encountered and I am a regular Starbucks customer. The staff at the Sheppey store are amazing, attentive, friendly and they remember my drink every single day the minute they hear my voice on the drive through speaker. The drinks are made with care in this store! Never had a bad drink and if I have or something has been wrong (very rarely) the staff will always make it right straight away. They can’t do enough for you. I’m a drive thru customer but I have been into the store to buy also and it’s always clean and the staff greet you with a smiley face. I look forward to my daily visits at this Starbucks as I know my drink will always be perfect and I love having a chat with all of their staff - too many to name for this review! :)

The hot drinks and food are pretty good at this Starbucks on neats court, sheppey. For me though, not so the cold drinks. Glasses filled with ice and a small amount of whatever drink you choose poured over it and topped off with a squirt of cheap squirty cream on top. I don't enjoy them at all. And you will pay dearly for them. The restaurant at neats court is pretty good, with comfortable seating, a partitioned off room that l think you can hire out, a drive through and a nice outdoor area for when the weather is nice. Just popped in to order a PSL with oat milk and a black americano and had the nicest lady serve me even said to my boyfriend thats the nicest way I've ever been served in a Starbucks but we've got out to find that the Latte is plain and the pumpkin spice flavour had been added to the black americano. Now been left £8 short with drinks neither of us want to drink 😭 too far into our journey with a baby to go back and change....
