La Pizzeria — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

For the last year I've been singing this places praises, I've ordered from them anout twice a week for as long as I have lived here and thought they were awesome... But the last few orders have changed my mind... Today i thought id give them 1 last shot to address some issues, even wrote in the comments section to help them out... But no, my calzone had about a third if the usual filling, and they only delivered 1 bottle of coke when I ordered 2... (at least it wasn't that cheap Pespi stuff again...)

I've gone on there live chat help and been taken in circles by a bot repeatedly saying it doesn't understand, and when you ask for an agent it sits idle for 15 mins before cutting you off... I then received emails, of the conversation where I achieved nothing and spoke to no one...!

I used to love the food and service from this...

Probably one of my most favourite takeaways in Sittingbourne. I've tried pretty much everything from here and the food is lovely and fresh. Service is outstanding as normally the food arrives piping hot far quicker than is suggested. Would recommend to anyone trying here if you've not...
