Lateef — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

Ordered online 28th Jan. Stated 70 minutes for delivery. 80 minutes later no sign of food. Rang the number and was told by the owner/manager that they were busy but they were just waiting on the driver to arrive back and it was on its way. ||2 hours later and no food. I ended up driving up to find that the delivery driver had JUST got into his car with my order and 4 others. 2 hours after I ordered and was still going to be delivered with others. ||The driver gave me the food so I could go and speak with the manager. When i went into the restaurant that was said to be “busy”. There was 8 people. 8! Two tables worth. ||When the manager came out the kitchen his attitude was truly shocking. Offered a 10% refund! I laughed. 10% for a meal that was ordered over two hours earlier and I had to go and pick up myself! Complete joke. Still now haven’t had my refund. ||This is the second time that they have been shocking. ||Genuinely a great restaurant/ Indian takeaway has really gone down hill. I won’t be returning or...

Absolutely horrendous service!!!!! Food is lovely all given.. we’ve ordered twice from here. First time food was 2 hours late!!! Phoned after the first hour, he said it would be with us in 10 mins... had this for the next 40 mins. Phoned again and said we’d had enough, we had kids to get to bed etc. He told us he’d keep our food if we’re going to be rude then regardless of us already having paid!.. husband was about to leave to collect the food when he phoned and said after all of this the food was on its way! We just laughed! Said no it’s not good enough. Owner phoned us, he said he’d give us a refund and gave his biggest apologies. Food arrived 2 hours late. Never got a refund!! So phoned a couple of days later, he said we could have our next order absolutely free! So ordered tonight... made order at 6pm... it’s now 7:50 and still no food. Honestly I’m done do not even...
