Indulge Desserts — Restaurant in Borough of Wyre

At 10:30pm on Friday September the 30th 2022 i visited this shop to buy some sweets and a berry go round juice drink for our granddaughter.

As we went to enter the shop although the door was wide open, all the boards were and signs were lined up inside the shop all lined up in front of the counter, giving us the impression they were closed.

Every thing had been cleaned down ready for closing and the shop wasnt fully lit up. The man suppose to be working in the shop was outside the door on his phone, so we walked away.

We have been to this shop before at 10:00pm at night, and the workers serving are very unwelcoming, rude and if you ask for anything off the dessert or drinks menu they seem very reluctant to want to make it, because they have already cleaned down ready to shut up at 11:00pm.

They are losing buisness with this attitude they just lost mine tonight i will not be...

I was absolutely disgusted when I went this evening. We got there at 8 30 with 3 kids. As kids take a long time to decide it was 10 minutes later when I got to the till. When I went to order I was told they are taking no more orders because they were too busy. If this was the case why not tell us when we arrived instead of letting us all sit the for 10 minutes and getting the kids hopes up they were getting a treat. If staff can't handle the demand either get more staff or staff that can handle a bit of pressure and can work faster than snail pace. The only reason they got 1 star is because it wouldn't let me...
