This is one of three lighthouses in Fleetwood. The port of Fleetwood was difficult to get right with the fast moving tides and narrow entrance. The group of lighthouse was used for navigating boats and ships into the harbour.

Nice historic sandstone lighthouse, which was not open to the public, but worth looking at. Has several benches to sit and take shelter or to take 5 minutes and enjoy the view.
