Perfect stop for a drink and bite to eat whilst walking along the Leeds Liverpool canal. Staff were really friendly and the service super fast considering the cafe was busy at the time. Ordered a full breakfast which consists of 3 sausage, 2 bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 fried egg and beans along with a few rounds of toast. My wife ordered a Greek salad which looked good. Two coffees and the food was £15 which was a more than fair price. Will visit again if passing.

Popped in for brunch, we were recommended this place by a friend, so thought we'd try it. Staff are really nice and helpful, there is parking outside, but it is busy, so be prepared for this. Food is great, prices are normal. Will pop in again if in the area :)

This is an well established cafe, from what I've been told over 50 years, it's set in a popular part of Apperley bridge, as for the café it's self the food is great the coffee is also good, staff are friendly and helpful it's well worth a visit.

I came here twice because the location was convenient for me as I was in the area for a couple days. The poached eggs on toast is decent. DO NOT order eggs Benedict though. The hollandaise sauce that they use is bought from somewhere and is absolutely disgusting. They should really make it themselves. When we mentioned this issue of hollandaise sauce to the staff(calmly and not angrily whatsoever), they got very defensive and irritated. Not a good way to handle constructive criticism. The prices here are quite high. 5 quid for poached eggs and a tea seems a bit ridiculous to me. Also be advised the toilets are not accessible to anyone with mobility issues. You have to go down a very steep and narrow staircase to get to it. Long story short, I won't be...

So my bus after work was early, so i went to get the train where upon I found thatleeds station had closed and all trains were cancelled. I then tried to call for a taxi but it was a 25 min wait, ive been to work for the past 10 hours and just wanted to eat and go home.....the cafe was over the road from my bus stol. I went on and ordered a bacon and tomato butty and a coffee.....not realising my phone bill was due out today I trued to pay by card and had insufficient funds. ...Ihad just enough for the sarnie so asked the lady not to do my coffee....the lovley lady behind the counter gave me my butty which i paid for and my coffee and told me to pay next time. The food and drink were both delicious and i feel much better waiting for my bus. Faith in...

Nice little spot. However the staff are so impolite. We ordered Vegetarian wrap an asked for the feta removing to make it Vegan. We where told not a problem, but then spotted it being cooked with meat on the same hot plate. We asked politely if that was our food. We got no explanation just a horrid look an silence. When we tried to explain why that was such a bad thing to do we where attacked and removed from the shop!!!! Terrible customer service and worse is the fact they don't even understand food regulations. Shocking !!!! You can't just advertise something an pretend. You have to actually sell what...
