Called in with my family today, food was good but customer service wasn’t! Not greeted when we came in (only customers there at the time) I asked if they had a menu and was abruptly told by a young girl “it’s on the door” same sullen attitude when I went to order and then again when she brought out food, practically slamming it on the table! Found this lovely little cafe tucked away next to the marina. It's under new ownership and they seem absolutely amazing. Felt like nothing would have been too much. Both dog and child friendly. The service was brilliant with nice food. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a little soft play boat for the kids to play in and even gave us some duck food for my niece to feed the ducks. Only downside was the menu was very limited however they do have a very small kitchen so it's also...

I have only very recently discovered this cafe but am so glad I have.

A friendly greeting on arrival both times I've been. The coffee was perfect and I only wanted a toasted tea cake but that was lovely and well buttered.

The Marina itself is very picturesque and the cafe had outside seating so it will be wonderful to sit out in the warmer weather (I couldn't help but notice that they serve the gorgeous Brymor ice cream).
