Deli Fresh BD9 — Restaurant in Bradford

First and foremost, I consider myself to be a panini connoisseur. I have tried a broad spectrum of paninis from around the UK, ranging from London to Scotland and everywhere inbetween.

Delifresh is truly a delight and sensational to the tatsebuds.

Personally, I love their tandoori chicken panini. It is thick with filling, saucy and flavoursome. It has the perfect amount of crunch, the food is ALWAYS fresh and made to your requirements.

Whenever I order a panini, I always ask for it to be extra saucy, even if I have to pay extra. Out of the hundreds of times I have had a panini from other establishments, not one has successfully delivered on this small requirement.

Delifresh understood how I wanted my food, and they made it with perfection.

Not only this, the staff remembered who I was and also remembered my order. This recollection of my order and name was only on my second visit to the store, and they recognised me from over the phone!

The staff are amazing, friendly and will converse with you. The atmosphere of the shop is lovely and vibrant. The building itself has been restored remarkablely to its former beautiful victorian grandeur. The interior is eye catching and you will find yourself mesmerised with the way it has been done up.

I have also tried every panini establishment in Bradford. Most are average at best. I will not mention any names, so to cause damage to small businesses.

I would also like to mention that any review on Google and elsewhere, that has given Delifresh less than 5 stars, can only be described as a malicious attack on an extremely reputable and successful business

If you’re like me and struggle to find takeaway food that’s both flavourful and gentle on the stomach—especially without the overload of spice or masala—then Deli Fresh BD9 is a game changer.

I visited recently and was blown away by the customer service, especially by a brother named Haashi. Unlike many places where you’re told, “We can’t wash off the marinade,” Haashi went above and beyond. I asked for grilled chicken with just salt, black pepper, and lemon juice—no masala, no extra spice—and he didn’t even hesitate. Not once did he say, “Sister, I can’t do it.” Instead, he smiled and said, “I’ll make it exactly how you want it.”

And that’s exactly what he did.

The chicken was grilled to perfection—simple, clean, and bursting with fresh flavour thanks to the lemon and pepper. For someone with dietary needs or preferences, that level of understanding and respect is rare and deeply appreciated.

Deli Fresh BD9 has definitely earned a regular customer. This will 100% be my go-to weekly takeaway spot In Sha Allah. Highly recommended for anyone who values good food and...

The food is Quality, a deli shop rising in ranks amongst Bradford's abundant Deli shops. I especially like their Toasties, my favourite being the Chicken Tikka Mayo. Service needs to be worked on, each item was made separately so by the time the last persons food had arrived, everyone else had already finished eating. Also need to work on getting phone orders ready on time. They don’t have polite etiquette when speaking to customers except for 2 staff members who are always kind and professional. Decor is very nice, the piano along with wood decor adds a nice rustic vibe but i dont like the fact that food is served with plastic cutlery. Overall the food is very good, with some customer service training and change of their trash music selection, DeliFresh can go a long way.
