Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today at your store. Normally, I would rate your service 5 out of 5, but today’s experience was far below acceptable standards.

At approximately 12:36 PM, a staff member at the tills spoke to a delivery driver (from Uber, I believe) in a shockingly disrespectful and condescending manner. This exchange took place in front of at least 8 customers, including myself, and it was clear that everyone was taken aback by the employee's tone and attitude.

No one deserves to be spoken to in that way—especially not someone simply doing their job. Respect and professionalism should be the baseline for all customer and delivery partner interactions.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the situation internally. Situations like this affect how people view your brand and can deter loyal customers like myself...

It's a Gregg's, good selection of pasties, sandwiches and sweets. I would say though it's lacking cream pastries mainly on Sundays. Also please tell staff to check/clean your coffee machine more regularly as your coffee can be very burnt tasting on some days which can occur due to build up of coffee oils/grounds if you are not cleaning the machine properly or regularly! or buy better beans! No not happy had bought egg omlet breakfast I took one bite I had to spit it out and was puking for 5 minutes I was on the road driving did not have time to turn back. They used the same tongs to pick up.the egg omlet that they use for bacon etc. I'm a Muslim and I don't eat ham or pork but even if I was a vegiterian I would have puked it out.
