Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

Came in today and wow the service was so slow, I was queuing at least 10mins plus, “was only about 2 or 3 people in front of me” was served by a trainee so I get it’ll be slow speed I placed my order young lad stood at coffee machine waiting for my drinks then had to wait on sausages because was coming outta the oven, again still hadn’t taken my payment then I wasn’t told how much was only because I looked at card machine I knew how much my order was, not the poor lads fault but feel this poor lad may need more support

Place order for new orange hot chocolate& mocha to both not having cream on “which it shows on the display cream” disappointed,

Positive least my sausages were hot and my drinks...

Meal deal wasn't much to ask for first there was no omelette so opted for just sausage and then the drink I ordered was hot chocolate, should have been £3.10 as I got a baguette, but no because it was hot chocolate it was an extra 15p which then worked out at £3.25... dare to say won't be buying a meal deal in future. Also why do highway maintenance working at greengates think there all excempt from face coverings, there was about 3 workers in front of me and 3 behind me in the queue of which none of them with a face mask. The shop states masks must be worn and also its compulsory by law now to wear them in all shops. Staff should refuse...

I asked for a bacon and sausage sandwich/roll with HP Sauce

I was asked if I wanted "red" or "brown" sauce (I should have remembered that only simpletons use these terms)

I said "brown" sauce please.

I was asked again what sauce I wanted.

Again, I replied "brown". Followed by "please".

The staff member then ticked the relevant boxes on the bag - "Bacon" - tick. "Sausage" - tick. "Brown" sauce - tick.

That's 4 contact points where "brown" sauce was referenced.

I received "red" sauce (aka - tomato ketchup).
