Came in today and wow the service was so slow, I was queuing at least 10mins plus, “was only about 2 or 3 people in front of me” was served by a trainee so I get it’ll be slow speed I placed my order young lad stood at coffee machine waiting for my drinks then had to wait on sausages because was coming outta the oven, again still hadn’t taken my payment then I wasn’t told how much was only because I looked at card machine I knew how much my order was, not the poor lads fault but feel this poor lad may need more support

Also why do highway maintenance working at greengates think there all excempt from face coverings, there was about 3 workers in front of me and 3 behind me in the queue of which none of them with a face mask. I said "brown" sauce please.
I was asked again what sauce I wanted.
Again, I replied "brown". Followed by "please".
The staff member then ticked the relevant boxes on the bag - "Bacon" - tick. "Sausage" - tick. "Brown" sauce - tick.
That's 4 contact points where "brown" sauce was referenced.
