I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your Taco Bell branch at Greengates, BD10.
Firstly, I was shocked to see that none of the staff were wearing name badges, and several of them had visibly dirty uniforms — which is unacceptable in a food service environment. This immediately gave a very poor first impression.
More concerning was the customer service. I witnessed appalling behavior from two members of staff during my visit: an Asian male with a small beard(Saturday evening ) and a white female colleague on shift this evening(today) . Both displayed a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Their attitude and communication were dismissive and unwelcoming, leaving me genuinely surprised at how such individuals were hired to represent your brand.
Selling food is one thing, but delivering good customer service is what brings customers back. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this branch again and will be sharing my concerns with others.

Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful service experienced tonight from the evening staff. I was kept waiting for over 10min at the counter. Staff members watching u from behind the glass and not one acknowledged or approached to ask what I wanted.
When someone finally decided to serve me, I questioned the professionalism and the bad customer service the young lad just shrugged his shoulders and started arguing and trying to justify that I was in the wrong.
When ask for his name he refused to give me his name and when asked for manager he said he is the manager. A young female staff approached and I asked if he was the manager she said no and he said yes then the lad said I'm ONE of the managers.
What a absolute disgrace. No manager, no professionalism and no respect for customers.
If these are the people Taco Bell is employing then no wonder the restaurant on ingleby road closed down permanently and this will follow suite if you continue to employee...
Read moreCustomer service was so bad, I understand if it’s new and staff are new there will be some teething issues. When asking for an item on their menu which I could order on the app instead of looking etc I was met with the response “this isn’t KFC” How rude, when they managed to pull together a similar order to what they advertise as available on just eat. I was then given random drinks, not asking what we wanted.
Spent 15 minutes sat at the drive through comms while they talked to each over (with the intercom still on)
On looking in it was a very very young work force 90% of them looked 16. Which is fine but without customer service experience typically they are going to be rude.
Would hold off ordering on just eat/ Uber eats/ drive through for now, couple months when they’re running better. Please sort...
