I'm proud of the community that this KFC is located in and it's sad that I can't big up my favourite chicken place... don't get me wrong, it is a great location..clean, spacious and capable of seating plenty, however... there are communication issues which can become uncomfortable, there are times when I was feeling annoyed because I had been waiting for almost 20minutes...20 minutes for a mini wrap and a mini fillet burger is totally unacceptable... it's a bit of a gamble and it depends upon which staff are there...if it's one that is capable of getting your order that is the perfect temperature and has literally just left the grill, and can converse in English..it's one of the best I have been to in over 30 years... keep your fingers crossed for a perfect winner of a chicken dinner.. I haven't been here and spent my own money since my first review but I do go when my friend wants a mini wrap.. the service is unacceptable and certainly shouldn't be classed as fast food because it really isn't.. maybe a snail would be happy and would think it was fast, however, for anyone wanting a good experience it would be better if they chose somewhere different.. the online orders are the priority but it seems that the training given here isn't providing the staff with the basics of fast food service.. really disappointing for such a...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting KFC, or as I like to call it, the Kingdom of Frustrating Cuisine. As I drove in, the pleasant lady took my order, but from there it snowballed, I could practically feel the anticipation in the air – not for their finger-lickin' chicken, mind you, but for the riveting experience of waiting.

So, if you're looking for a place to challenge your patience, stimulate your contemplative side, and marvel at the impeccable prioritization of Just Eat drivers, KFC Baildon is the place to be. Who needs fast food when you can have a slow and steady food meditation session?
The food was...
Read moreSo went to this KFC and was welcome from a female member of staff with 'eating in' no how can I help, no hi or hello. I ask if it was possible to exchange the hot wings on a mega box for anything else, I didn't mind what this was as I really don't like the hot wings. The answer I got was a straight no that's it 'NO' not even in a polite manner. The woman behind the counter appeared to have a can't be bothered attitude didn't she didn't smile once or made us feel welcomed. Whilst I was looking at the menu to see what else I would like she then got another member of staff to take over. When I mentioned that there was nothing else I would like the new member of staff said that he would fine out if he could swap the hot wings or then approached the miserable member of staff she then responded 'I already told them no' so not only was she very unaccommodating to her customers, she had no customer service skills due to this I left without making any purchase nor will I be returning...
