KFC Bradford - Odsal Road — Restaurant in Bradford

I don't really do reviews but on my 4th and final visit to this particular KFC branch I felt compelled too & if I could give a zero star I would.

My experience as been nothing more than terrible 1st time visit I ordered 2x Zinger Tower Meals via the drive through only to find when i got home that in one of the Zingers it didn't have any chicken in it but instead had 2 hash browns which was resolved by the branch after a phone call and a return visit to collect my replacement - at this time I just took it that it was a genuine mistake and that after recently opening they were having some teething problems BUT no this simply isnt the case as i continued to have similar experiences of my straight forward order as described on the menu being wrong on my 2nd, 3rd & finally 4th visit yesterday to this branch, not only was my order wrong but I also got a rude response from the girl that served me and a dirty, threatening look for my cheek in raising the issue from another skinny male member of staff who I was very close to jumping over the counter & stoving his head in.

After seeing several other dismal reviews on here today I can only assume that the staff & manager are totally incapable of running the branch and are basically a bunch of morons with no idea how to process an order correctly and non-existent customer service skills.

I have a Blue Light card which gives me a 10% discount when linked to the KFC app but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work on this occasion and the person serving wouldn't let me use the blue light card independently. 😥 I chose the gravy box meal and I asked that my piece of chicken not be a drumstick and I was asked what I would like, with a list read out, so I opted for rib. I always enjoy the chicken on the bone, especially the crunchy chicken wings! This boxed meal is perfect as you get 1 piece of chicken, 1 chicken fillet strip, 2 chicken wings, chips and a pot of gravy. There's the option to pay extra for a drink but I'm not bothered about a drink. The price has recently gone up from £4.99 to £5.49 but I think it is still very good value. My Hubby chose a zinger box meal which came with a spicy chicken fillet burger, a chicken fillet strip, popcorn chicken, chips, a side, a dip and a drink (as he won't eat chicken off the bone). He complained that he was still hungry afterwards and got himself an ice cream. His meal cost almost double of mine but he was satisfied after everything. Utterly woeful experience of this place, go to order on the machine, turns out the contactless connection didn’t work, had to go to till, tell the guy behind the till the machine isn’t working and he just nonchalantly took the order, other customers then had the same issue with the machine and had to go to the till, perhaps it’d have been wise to switch it off, or put a note on it? Finally ordered and I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes watching JustEat people coming and going with rapidly prepared orders, whilst the rest of the restaurant was waiting, I was one of around 10 people waiting. I looked round the place and only two tables actually had food. Utterly perplexing that they’ll have people standing staring at them but send JustEat orders off in no time at all. Finally after a little complaining they get on with the order, yet forget my child’s drink. My wife bit into one of the wings and it was running pink. We’d already been waylaid off schedule thanks to their utterly diabolical displays of customer service so couldn’t be bothered to go up and say anything as we had to be out of there.
