Cannot thank the Q Gardens team enough for hosting my best friends 30th birthday this weekend, Diane - you deserve the absolute world, what an angel! Couldn’t of got through the day without our jokes and banter. Becky (the fabulous lady who organises the events) is the best multitasker i’ve ever seen, no request was too big or small and she made sure everything was perfect for us. The room looked stunning and was the perfect size, tables and the private bar were all set up for our arrival and everyone from the staff, owners and regulars commented on how well we’d done decorating the room. It was just a really lovely atmosphere the whole day and took so much of the stress out of throwing a birthday party. Our Bar Man, Michael was a superstar and made sure everyone was topped up and having a laugh at the bar. Drinks were super cheap aswell which went down well!

Play snooker there Parked up an now have a parking fine even though I was logged in at the bar Phoned the owners an they are not help full at all Chrissy is one of them basically said its not our problem as a owner of a business that's so unprofessional it's a parking feature that cue gardens has invested in an then turn there backs on you when you receive the fine. I will be tell all my friends family never to go there as you'll be stung by a fine then the owners will turn there backs on you an say that's your problem not ours is despicable as customers are your bread an butter. Really bad experience on Christmas day. We arrived and they only had one person on the bar. Had to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Were then told to sit down to wait for our meal which was due to be at 4pm. At 4:15pm, a manager comes over and tells us they are running an hour and a half behind and that we could have a refund or wait. We decided we would take the refund. The manager said he would go round everyone first before refunding us. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes just for the money back. Being behind on the meal is situational and can’t be helped, but the incompetence and inefficiency of the management in dealing with it was unprofessional and...
