Oak Lane Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Bradford

Most of the items on the menu are not available 😑. Then I had no choice but to order chicken fillet burgers + 1 chicken fillet wrap, when I said garlic mayo sauce please they again said "we don't have that sauce" I mean come on! If you don't even have some basics sauces why you running takeaway. Finally when we got our meals none of ours had enough mayo just a bit on the burger, and chips without sauce. The chicken fillet wraps was same not enough mayo, no sauce absolutely disgusting. The chicken fillet coating was very salty and inside chicken absolutely just boiled chicken. In terms of price they were fair but I'd pay a quid extra and get a good food instead of wasting money...

Very poor customer service. Got the phone slammed shut after the staff said he doesn't care about the issue about the food. Also had the delivery person who was the owner pretending to be an innocent delivery driver and then storming off. Normally extra sauce costs 50p. We had 6 sauces missing which would cost £3. This was an easy issue to solve but the business decided to not even listen to our problem when we rang and proceeded to shut off the phone after saying he doesn't care! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering...I will definitely not be...

Great food from these guys lovely service too When ever I've ordered food from here I've always go in to order rather than ring up plus like that I've got speak and choose something that may not even be on the menu the owner is a real nice man because I've been a few times now the owner will create something different to my liking that's how I've asked him and he was OK with that! What ever I've eaten from here for sure its worth...
